Manoj Kumar Sharma was born in the family of an honest clerk in the bandit-ridden area of Chambal. Manoj and his classmates resorted to cheating during the Class 12 exams, which was a common practice in their local school. But, their theft was stopped when a newly appointed police officer, DSP Dushyant Singh, intervened.

As a result, all the students including Manoj who were resorting to cheating failed in their respective examinations. To support his family, Manoj and his brother started driving a passenger rickshaw. But his problems kept increasing.

Overcoming all his challenges, Manoj resolved to become an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer. He passed the examination without cheating and received a B.A. Came to Gwalior for studies. But on the way his belongings and money are stolen.

There, he got another blow when the government suspended the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission examinations for the next three years. Still, Manoj did not give up. Then he met Pritam and reached Delhi. Here Manoj starts his efforts. Meanwhile, he has to face many other problems. But ultimately succeeds.
